The supreme landlord owns the universe not Satan although satanic cults would like to think he owns it when in reality he doesn't. When Lucifer was created he was called the bright light in space but he was created by God his former father.Only the father in Heaven can claim such a supreme hold because God can not only do anything He does not answer to anyone but himself.Stands to reason why God is so supreme to write His Ten Commandments as well as control Satan and everything in his entire universe-Alpha and Omega God was here first and will be here last God is supreme.
